Can I try out the service before subscribing?
We offer a demo video that showcases how our service works. Simply fill out the form and select "Free Demo" as the topic to receive the video. Additionally, you can book a call with us to have a sales representative answer any questions you may have.
Do you provide on-location content production services?
No, we don't film on location. You'll need to provide us with videos or photos. However, we excel in creating stunning graphics, animations, illustrations, and utilizing stock photos to enhance your content. Additionally, we also repurpose your existing content to create engaging material for your social media platforms.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
You'll get updates between 1 and 3 business days depending on design complexity. For example if we talk about some social media assets, it may take 1 business day. If there's a full page design it may take up to 3 days for the first draft. All designs are custom created based on your requirements.
What is the level of communication and collaboration?

Additionally, for more complex explanations or detailed discussions, we recommend utilizing Loom videos. Can I receive a discount if I commit to a yearly subscription
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for yearly subscriptions. Please fill out the form and select 'Pricing question' as the topic. Upon request, we'll send you a customized subscription package via email.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. Please note that you can use the pause feature once per billing cycle.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.Â
